Old fashioned

This is the coctail of coctails, typically to be enjoyed Friday afternoon at 5 pm. The sweetness can be adjusted according to taste and quality of bourbon.

Ingredients

• 10-30 ml suger syrap (1:1 water:suger)
• 3-5 dashes Angostura bitters
• 6 cl bourbon
• Garnish: orange peel (if ecologic)
• Garnish: maraschino cherry

Steps

1. Add one large ice cube
2. Add bourbon
3. Add Angostura
4. Add suger syrap
5. Stir
6. Twist orange peel to extract oil into glass
7. Drop cherry and orange peel in glass
