Requirements to set up a loqusdb instance connected to a MongoDB database:

1. Python 3.9+
2. A working instance of MongoDB (no need to create any database in advance)

For instructions on how to install MongoDB consult a tutorial for your operating system.

Database can be populated by following the instructions provided in the loading section of the user guide.
